Job Overview

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across various client locations. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to maintaining Mi-Ka Clean’s standards of excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by creating clean, organized, and professional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning tasks according to company standards and client requirements

  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and common areas

  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

  • Maintain equipment and report any issues

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times

  • Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations

  • Other duties as required

Skilles Required 

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Education & Experience

  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required

  • Training will be provided

  • Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
